Nest Apartments was founded in 2019 by Phil Mason and Sanjiv Sethi, two experienced property professionals who met at a networking event and discovered a shared passion for hospitality.

Recognizing a growing demand for high-quality short-term accommodation, they set out to create a business that offers visitors a seamless and comfortable stay in Sheffield.

Their vision was simple: provide stylish, well-located apartments that feel like a home away from home, making it easy for guests to relax and enjoy their time in the city.

Since launching, Nest Apartments has helped visitors experience exceptional stays in Worksop, Leicester, Hinckley, and Derby.
